Licensed since 2016, Stacy brings a rare blend of real estate knowledge and hands-on construction expertise. As co-owner of Construct-It, Inc., a Merritt Island–based company recognized throughout Brevard County for its concrete restoration projects along with remodels, build-outs, and new construction, she has spent years immersed in the building side of the industry. That background gives her a sharp eye for property potential and a practical understanding of what it takes to get projects done right.

A longtime Brevard County resident, Stacy values time with family above all. She enjoys cookouts, hunting for hidden treasures while thrifting and antiquing, and spending time outdoors in the garden.
