Keith’s journey began as a teenager working at The Crab Shack on Merritt Island. In 1998, while attending nursing school, he and his wife purchased their first investment property—a decision that launched a successful venture in real estate investment and property rehabs across Merritt Island. By 2006, they had achieved debt-free status through smart investments, setting the stage for new opportunities.
Drawing from his background in both real estate and nursing, Keith co-founded La Casa Assisted Living, a premier assisted living facility that became a community staple. In 2017, Keith took the next step by gaining his real estate license, and in 2021, he proudly became Broker and Owner of Reef Realty, specializing in waterfront properties along the scenic Space Coast.
