"It started with a boat ride". When other agents had little or no experience with the waters surrounding Merritt Island I called Reef Realty. Luckily Keith answered and said he would take me out and sound the channels and canals to make sure my boat could get in. He then found the perfect home, negotiated with an unruly and unrealistic seller and closed without a hitch. Keith is the only agent willing or able to pull that off. I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend to anyone.
